Welcome home
The perfect space for your student journey.
MMK Residence was built with one goal — to give students a calm, safe and inspiring place to live while they chase their dreams. Every unit is beautifully kept, fully furnished and looked after by an on-site caretaker, so you can focus on what matters: your studies, your growth and your future.
We're a short, free shuttle ride from TUT and Tshwane North TVET College (Soshanguve South & North campuses), and we take care of the little things — transport all day, Wi‑Fi, security, maintenance — so you never have to worry.
